In July of 2013 Fulcrum is established in Shanghai, a team of young engineers bring togethertheir experience in vacuum technology and material processing to design and manufactureadvanced & high-quality vacuum heat treatment furnaces.

In June 2014 Fulcrum engineers are engaged in their first challenging project: the delivery of theCompany first semi-automatic line of8 vacuum furnaces.

Delivery of Fulcrum first vacuum vertica furnacel uum

In February 2015 Fulcrum delivers its first vertical vacuum furnace.The system is in the “bottom loading" configuration, it is provided with high vacuumpumping group and it offers a perfect solution for the heat treatment of vertical aero-engineparts.

Delivery of Fulcrum first LPC - Low Pressure Carburizing furnace

In April 2016 Fulcrum delivers its first low pressure carburizing vacuum furnace. it is a singlechamber system, with an innovative configuration for the circulation of the high-pressure gas,to guarantee maximum quality of the process.

Delivery of Fulcrum first multi-chamber LPc - Low Pressure Carburizing furnace

In December 2017 Fulcrum delivers its first multi-chamber LPC vacuum furnace.Quenching, is achieved by lowering the load inside an oil tank, separated from the heatingchamber by a vertically installed gate valve.

Delivery of a 25 bar quenching LPc furnace

In March 2018 Fulcrum designs & manufactures a special LPc furnace to meet the requirementof a prestigious customer in the automotive industry. The furnace is also the system with thehighest quenching pressure in China.

Delivery of the first Fulcrum furnace to South America

In May 2019 Fulcrum delivers its first high pressure vacuum heat treatment furnaces to SouthAmerica, to a Brazilian commercial heat treater. Several Fulcrum furnace systems are shipped to Brazil in the following years.

Delivery of the first fully automatic low-pressure carburizing, heat treatment production line

In June 2020 Fulcrum delivers its first fully automated heat treatment line to a major aero. engine manufacturer in China.

Deliveryof the first fully automatic hybrid heat treatment production line

in September 2021 Fulcrum delivers its first fully automatic hybrid modular heat treatmentline, complete with low pressure carburizing and high-pressure gas quenching cells.

Delivery of its largest vacuum brazing furnace

In August 2022 Fulcrum delivers its largest vacuum brazing furnace to date.

Beginning of works for the new production plant
In September 2022 Fulcrum begins the works on its new - state of the art - production plant inShanghai, to support the growing, demand for its vacuum furnaces and the growth of thecompanyin the international markets.

Fulcrum Company has achieved one breakthrough after another

In the short period of 10 years since the company was founded, Fulcrum Thermal TechnologyCo., Ltd. has delivered more than 300 sets of heat treatment equipment to customers inChinese Mainland, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. We have developed and improved a low.pressure carburizing expert system, a nitriding expert system, a nitriding dual variable controlsystem, and a stainless steel nitriding, core equipment. We have developed a third-generationhigh overload high power water cooled motor with all the independent developmentcapabilities for vacuum starting of the motor, breaking the technological monopoly of foreigncountries, and enabling, China to truly have its own high-end heat treatment equipment.
