2-CHAMBER

Fulcrum F2 is a two-chamber vacuum heat treatment furnace with oil quenching system.

The load is heated in vacuum - or in protective atmosphere - inside the heating module and automatically transferred into the pre-evacuated quenching module, where it is rapidly immersed into an oil tank.

The heating chamber and the quenching module are separated by an isolation door.

The heating module can be equipped with a LPC - Low Pressure Carburizing gas supply system.

3-CHAMBER

In the Fulcrum F3 multi-chamber heat treatment furnace the load is heated up in vacuum and then automatically transferred into the pre-evacuated quenching module, where it is rapidly cooled.

The quenching medium can be either pressurized protective gas (up to 20 bar abs) or oil.

The heating chamber and the quenching chamber are connected through a transfer module, which is equipped with a bidirectional telescopic system for the movement of the workpiece between the two chambers.

Two isolation doors separate the transfer module from the heating & quenching chambers.
