Fulcrum – F2 is a two-chamber vacuum heat treatment furnace. The front chamber is a cold, oil quenching chamber. This chamber can also be pressurized up to 1.9 bar in protective gas. The rear chamber is the hot zone of the system. The chambers are separated from each other by a vertically installed gate valve.
The transfer system is installed on the oil tank lifting platform. A specially designed oil removal device ensures that no quenching oil is backfilled into the heating chamber.
The system can be equipped with Fulcrum LPC – Low Pressure Carburizing System.
