Fulcrum F3-O is a three-chamber vacuum heat treatment furnace. The front chamber is a cold, oil quenching chamber. As option, this chamber can also be pressurized up to 1.9 bar in protective gas. The rear chamber is the hot zone of the system. The front and the rear chambers are connected by a transfer chamber. The chambers are separated from each other by vertically installed gate valves. The system can be equipped with Fulcrum LPC – Low Pressure Carburizing System.
