Fulcrum Welding Skills Competition

Fulcrum has always attached great importance to the cultivation of skilled talents and better supports manufacturing and creation in China. On December 25, 2020, Fulcrum held a welding competition. The competition includes two events: argon arc welding and gas shielded welding. The participants are full of energy, fully immersed, and their hands are at ease. The two-hour competition is fleeting. In the future, the weld seam scoring and non-destructive testing will be conducted to assess the welding quality of each participant's performance.

This competition not only demonstrated the skills of welders, but also promoted the enthusiasm of employees to learn technology, allowing our employees to quickly narrow the gap between them.
