History of the Company
In July of 2013 Fulcrum is established in Shanghai, a team of young engineers bring together their experience in vacuum technology and material processing to design and manufacture advanced & high-quality vacuum heat treatment furnaces.
Currently, the largest semi-automatic
production line for high-temperature sintering
in China
In June 2014, the first self-developed ultra large high-temperature sintering semi-automatic production line was launched and successfully put into operation in October.
Fulcrum has been interviewed by multiple domestic media with its highly innovative heat treatment equipment and appeared on the China Quality News Network on November 16th.
In November 2016, due to its achievements in various aspects, Fulcrum Company was awarded the title of "High tech Enterprise".
Our company needs to expand its business scale
due to business development needs
Due to the continuous expansion of its business development scale, Fulcrum Thermal Power needs greater space for production and operation. In May 2017, the factory was established and relocated to Songyao Science and Technology Innovation Park in September, achieving full control of research and development, production, and sales.
In April 2018, Fulcrum successfully passed the German Rheinland QMS9001:2015 quality system certification, which is known for its rigorous auditing.

Dun&Bradstreet registered and certified enterprise
In March 2019, Fulcrum became a Dun&Bradstreet registered and certified enterprise and a direct supplier of auto parts industry.
At the beginning of 2020, China Fulcrum Heating System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was the largest low-pressure carburizing vacuum quenching furnace exported to South America by Brazilian heat treatment company Tecnotèmpera with a furnace capacity of 4 tons, and it was put into operation in the second half of the year.
Delivery of low-pressure carburizing production line
In June 2021, the fully automatic large-scale low-pressure carburizing oil quenching production line was delivered, serving the parts and bearing industry.
In December 2021, a modular fully automatic low-pressure carburizing high-pressure gas quenching production line was delivered to serve the new energy vehicle parts manufacturing industry.

In March 2022, the "FULCRUM" and "Fulcrum Thermal" trademarks applied for registration by Fulcrum Company successfully passed the review of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, registered successfully, and issued the "Trademark Registration Certificate" certificate.

In the short period of 10 years since the company was founded, Fulcrum Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. has delivered more than 300 sets of heat treatment equipment to customers in Chinese Mainland, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. We have developed and improved a low-pressure carburizing expert system, a nitriding expert system, a nitriding dual variable control system, and a stainless steel nitriding core equipment. We have developed a third-generation high overload high-power water-cooled motor with all the independent development capabilities for vacuum starting of the motor, breaking the technological monopoly of foreign countries, and enabling China to truly have its own high-end heat treatment equipment.
Fulcrum Thermal Engineering is walking alongside customers on the path of larger (loading capacity), faster (cooling speed), higher (quenching pressure), and more intelligent (fully automated production line). While creating value for customers, it realizes its own vision: to help customers change the world.
